SMS, email, WhatsApp-ready. Cross-cutting microservice included in Core (setup); heavy usage with add-on modules.

On DocumentPublished, PaymentReceived, PaymentClaimSubmitted, ReportCardPublished, HomeworkAssigned:

  • SMS: short alert + portal link
  • Email: title, summary, download link
  • Respect guardian preferredChannel and opt-in flags
